Is there a movie (other than Sling Blade) where Billy Bob Thornton does not play Billy Bob Thornton?

Is there any good movie where the protagonist or even antagonist does proper/real weight training to make their comeback? Other than endless sit-ups, push-ups, etc.

It was cut from the movie but this scene in Unbreakable is about as close as you'll get.

Rocky balboa is a good movie. Not terrible like R2 and R5. And I think, objectively, it is better than R4 (and I love R4).

Unbreakable is very well done. The final installment in the trilogy is a criminal act.

I watched Mulholland Falls again the other night. It is very well done, with moments of extreme violence delivered in a very matter-of-fact way. Nick Nolte is at his prime and Jennifer Connelly is distractingly beautiful.
