Good podcast. The comment Tom made about no longer seeing knee, hamstring and shoulder pains in his athletes after adopting the SS model is a pretty important point.

I have to confess that, much like Tom, I've changed my mind on the bar path. I'm beginning to think the "s-curve" is more result than cause.
Just based on what I've seen, it looks like they're trying to pull the bar as straight as they can.
Who is trying to pull the bar straight?
