Training breaks due to traveling
Coach,
My normal training days are Mon-Wed-Fri.
I travel once or twice a month for a few consecutive days. Normally I'll be gone Monday-Thursday. I try and find local gyms that will allow me a day use fee so I don't miss a day. This week unfortunately I will not have the opportunity. After 5 consecutive days off are there any issues with picking up where I left off and adding weight like I normally would?
