How would he know this precisely? Movement asymmetries, not morphological asymmetries.
I've never seen/heard about having almost 3lbs more muscle in one limb than the other so decided to ask here. The responses have been great and I learned something. Not to worry about it. I didn't know if 3lbs was normal or not.
Right arm I understood 1lbs more probably due to certain activities my right hand did more growing up. ha
Yeah I have no idea how and if it's possible to measure it. I never do isolation stuff on any part of my body. Except when I curl in the squat rack.
