Is it worth doing anything isolation wise or just keep squatting and deadlifting away and not worry about it?

She also said that my left trunk-side has 2.2lbs more muscle than my right, but also it's because being right handed the opposite side gets worked more.
Why do you think you are supposed to be perfectly symmetrical? Do you know of any naturally-occurring object that is?

STRENGTH differences of less than 10% between contralateral limbs is normal/acceptable. Do you have STRENGTH differences greater than 10%?

How would he know this precisely? Movement asymmetries, not morphological asymmetries.

To even things up you should ensure that you take every fourth step with your fun-size leg. I think that should about do it.

I've never seen/heard about having almost 3lbs more muscle in one limb than the other so decided to ask here. The responses have been great and I learned something. Not to worry about it. I didn't know if 3lbs was normal or not.

Right arm I understood 1lbs more probably due to certain activities my right hand did more growing up. ha

Yeah I have no idea how and if it's possible to measure it. I never do isolation stuff on any part of my body. Except when I curl in the squat rack.
