There is a basic novice program(me) included in SS:BBT, the same one that was in SS:ASAPGFCB. The book is not meant as a programming text, but as a way to learn the basic lifts. PPST is the programming text. This way, we get to sell you two books instead of one. Pretty shrewd, eh?

GREAT news! Now that the book is settled, when will the DVD's be available?

Hey Mark, regarding the book, is there any recourse for a poor bastard who's currently living overseas? I notice on your site that you're shipping 'em to countries that take USPS, but the Netherlands unfortunately isn't one of them.

Do I need to bug someone to buy me a copy and mail it here?
