This publication may contain some of the stuff I was interested in like injury prevention and rehab although probably more for the training model than work related things, still close enough. Can I hang out for the "e" version next year?

Unfortunately USPS seem to have raised their prices to a level that discourages exports. Nearly twice the price of the book!
I guess I'll have to wait for the e edition, unless you would consider 'print on demand'.
