love the book! question about assitance exercises.
just writing to say i love the 2nd edition book!
Just finished it. and realized i have been doing almost every exercise wrong. not wrong like an idiot, but not completely right. not full range of motion.
been doing it for 4 months now.
anyways.....you mention doing assistance exercises.
when do you start doing them? and how many?
i have been doing the chins, dips, abs.
doing bb curl and tricep pulldown once a week.
added in standing calf raises. want bigger calves. should i stop doing these??? what is your opinion?

My opinion is that you should carefully re-read the book.
