got any good ab exercises?
Hey Mark,
In another forum dedicated to your Routine, they suggested sit ups on a roman chair.
I skipped the part of your book that talks about the roman chair because my gym doesn't have one.
For 4 months, I have been doing Sit ups on a Decline Bench. I have been holding a weight on my chest and leaning back to paralell and holding it for 5 seconds. Doing 8 reps of this.
I am up to a 45lb plate and it is a pain to hold like that, plus going up in weight will be hard to hold 2 plates. Also, i don't feel like my abs are getting worked out much any more.
Do you have any suggestions for ab work?
