Considering the natural variance in test levels among XX women, and the many points at which development of sexual traits can diverge from one's karyotype. Also the fact that high test women and non-XX individuals are going to overrepresented at the higher levels of athletics.

That's what I thought as well. You can become a woman and use all the technology that we have available to do so. But you've spent more than half your life (especially your teenage years) as a male with physiological benefits that enable you to get stronger than a female. That's cheating.
