    That's fine. Just 2 more quick questions I've been pondering about during my rest sets at the gym and I'll be out of your hair, for not at least . How long should the SS workout take? I find between pressing/squatting/pulling +pullup or dip it takes me around 2 hours including warmup. Is that longer than average? Also what kind of place am I looking for if I want the heel lowered on my dowin weightlifting shoes? I went to my local shoe guy and he said he couldn't do it for some reason.

    The workout should take 1.5 - 2 hours, so you're fine. And your shoe guy can fix them, he just won't. Any shoe shop can grind down the heel. Find another shoe shop.
