Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate work well for some people, not for others. MSM is probably a waste of money, as are blends of all three that cost huge dollars. I'd try the first two and see if they work for you.

I've heard people speak highly about MicroLactin, although I've never tried it myself. People say fish oils help with inflammation control as well. I tried it all for my distal clavicle osteolysis and its safe to say the placebo affect was probably the biggest contributor to my rehabilitation. Along with smarter training.
