Head Positioning on the deadlift.
Mark I have always done my deadlifts looking forward, so that the neck is flexed backwards until the body straightens out and aligns with it in top position. Is this the correct way or should the head be always aligned with the spine?

It is safest to have a more neutral cervical spine position. I like to look forward, but slightly down, at a point 20 feet or so away from your eyes. But lots of people look straight forward without problems.
