Even though I'm already familiar with the basic material and concepts, I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, even more than I thought I would. The discussion of strength training as "voluntary hardship" was particularly important, especially as it relates to people, like myself, who live unreasonably comfortable lives. This is a great addition to the audio literature. I'll make sure to leave a review.

Oh so true. PR's are mileposts on the road of life.
Matt, Scott, you are awesome coaches. Thanks for helping me click off those mileposts.
I'd love to watch the podcast, but I'm damned if I'm gonna let Apple intrude into my computer to do so. They try to take over everything, change all your settings. No good, and I can't support it.
Is there some way to access it without Itunes?
YEE-HAW!
Will be listening for the logic, and the whiskey of the week.
