    Excellent interview. One important but often neglected point about strength training is the tangible positive effect it has on the brain itself. You didn't emphasize this aspect yourself before as much as you did in this interview.
    While I found his movies to be sort of funny, only now do I recognize the damage Sacha Baron Cohen's antics can do to the reputation of decent people. More so to business owners and their businesses.

    Good interview. I liked the way you explained, in so many words, that training shouldn't necessarily be "fun". That the ability to ignore distractions and problems in order to accomplish a brutally hard physical task for the achievement of certain goals offers many benefits beyond the obvious. Tom's a fool if he doesn't take you up on the free coaching offer. I'd jump on that.
