Would this press pass in a Strengthlifting meet? Or in WL back in a day (let's forget about the need to clean the bar first for the sake of argument)?

It would pass in the USSF.
So. Isn't this just what naturally happens when the weight gets heavy doing press 2.0? It happens to me, and my back generally feels like shit when I'm done from leaning back. Granted, I lost 10 lbs of weight and about 20 lbs off my press.
Despite the feet movement?
To me it looks like he's "catching" the bar in a way that allows the elbows to extend past where they would be at the normal sticking point on a more strict press, and then standing up straight. Isn't that less effective for building strength in the pressing musculature?
Even the slight lifting of his heels and overall movement of his feet wouldn't get red-lighted. GASP!!!It would pass in the USSF.
That's pretty badass!
