Novice program and SVJ
Hello sir. I heard you say in one of your videos that explosivity is solely genetic and the only way to increase it substantially is if you were to take a 350 pound fat guy with a 10" vertical to 200 and 23". Does the SVJ increase as you grow from tanner stage 4 to adulthood and if it does, do you think that someone between the ages of 14-18 would greatly benefit by doing the program to solely improve (not including the 50 other benefits of lifting) his SVJ or would it make no difference and the only contributor being growing up.

I don't know how much SVJ increases with maturity, but I suspect not much. To the extent that SVJ can be improved without marked body recomposition, strength is the primary factor.
