Have you ever been to a seminar? It's all a well kept secret that everyone there can barely walk. By the end of three days, virtually every single person has has a serious knee injury. All of the SS coaches have had knee replacements, sometimes multiple times. And if you are lucky enough to avoid knee injury in the short term, you end up developing so much muscle around the knee joint that you literally rip the muscles off your bones at some point, usually just walking to the toilet. Stick to light weight/high rep schemes and don't go below parallel.
