I think someone has taken over PrimalFish's account.
From a brilliant article you wrote:
"Lifters, bodybuilders, and strength athletes often lose sight of the fact that they're really in the same situation. For us, heavy work on squats, deadlifts, bench presses, presses, power cleans and snatches, leg presses, and maybe barbell rows for bodybuilders will comprise the vast majority of the productive effort we'll expend throughout our training careers."
Wondering why you snuck leg presses in there?

The actual quote:
"For us, heavy work on squats, deadlifts, bench presses, presses, power cleans and snatches, and leg presses and maybe barbell rows for bodybuilders, will comprise the vast majority of the productive effort we will expend throughout our training careers.
Weird times, eh?

Apologies for the misquote. I had originally capitalized "LEG PRESSES" and then changed it back, somehow messing that up.
I was just surprised to see leg presses recommended because I remember seeing a video where you said if someone can squat you thought it was a useless piece of equipment (or something to that effect). I also think you said they were easier to hurt your lower back on then squats and if someone really wants to build their quads they should just use the leg extension.
No, I apologize, PrimalFish. I should not write under the assumption that my readers are sufficiently literate to parse the meaning of a long sentence. I'll try again.
"For us, heavy work on squats, deadlifts, bench presses, presses, power cleans and snatches, and leg presses and maybe barbell rows for bodybuilders, will comprise the vast majority of the productive effort we will expend throughout our training careers."
Instead: "For us, heavy work on squats, deadlifts, bench presses, power cleans and snatches -- and for bodybuilders who tend to use leg presses and maybe barbell rows as their basic movements -- these exercises will comprise the vast majority of the productive effort expended throughout a training career."
Is this easier?
