Podcast #62: Ask Rip, Taco Flavored Doritos version
-
If someone killed my dog I’d be going BACK to prison.
-
If I knew who to shoot, so would I.
-
Don’t know if I would actually shoot them, but I would definitely have a felony assault case at the very least.

Losing dogs is a sad affair. My mother owns a beautiful border collie mix that I adore and I can't think about her inevitable death without getting misty eyed.
This format is great, by the way. Prefer it to the seminar Q&A one, although that one is great, too. While watching I kept thinking "how can some people hate this goofball to the extent that they do?" Then when the video is over, I remembered how hard a time I have making new friends and stopped thinking this.

What a sweet dog in that picture!!
Dogs are pretty much my favorite creatures on earth. I haven’t met any that I don’t adore. I’m sorry about what happened to some of your BFFs. Back when I was in college, I was fortunate enough to have three beautiful white shepherds on a huge lot of land. This meter reader came by and opened the gate to my yard, left it wide open, despite the sign. I panicked when I saw the gate opened, but thankfully none of my dogs got out. The house was on a very busy roadway. I told the guy about the risk he exposed to my dogs, and he answered that I shouldn’t worry because if anything happened to one of them he’d reimburse me for it. Can you imagine?!? Some people just don’t get it.

I always thought the orangutan's name was "Curl Monkey," esp. given the abuse Rip heaped on it in the short "bumper plates" vid :-P

Way to go on bringing back retro AskRip! I was one of the people who voted for that, and although the seminar Q&A episodes are perhaps more informative you just can't beat the retro.

The comedic brilliance of Avery Schreiber in those 70’s Doritos commercials cannot be overstated.

This was my favourite Ask Rip
