    starting strength coach development program
    I tore the cartilage in my right knee about 50 years ago and thought it might limit my training. Nothing more than the normal pain during the first 3 weeks. Frankly, I hadn't thought about it again until I saw this thread. The pain is gone. Not sure if it is just stronger, or actually taking it thru a greater ROM, or something else. It is worth a try.
