Got the book recently and am enjoying it greatly! Just a quick one for ya sir:
Power Clean and Press/Power Snatch/ Power High Pulls
I know bill talks about his fondness for all 3 but was curious as to which you Perfer for cosmetic and athletic physiques. I’ve been debating adding the latter two to my BS 5x5 (advanced version) as I’m worried I’m missing benefits without one or both
