    Hi Rip,

    I've been on your program for a few months now. I'm eating a lot of eggs and steak, drinking a lot of milk, and lifting heavy 3x per week.

    I'll get to the point: I am so horny lately that I have to masturbate 2-3x per day. I'm always looking at women, talking to women, and have all-around incredible sexual energy. It is hard to control, so I have to find relief more often than I have in a while. I feel like a horny teenager again. Is this normal? What is happening? Am I on testosterone overload?

    I was trying to make this point at the conference. If you were there, you may remember. You get strong and stuff wakes up. Things work better, to the extent that they are capable of working better (that last point is an important caveat added by the good Dr. Sullivan).

    The morning after deadlift day is very often like this for me. Anybody else notice the same correlation?
