    Come on, Rip...I was looking for a serious discussion on this topic and youre mocking me for safety!!! FFS. Because someone might do something wrong (dropping the bar on their face) is not an reason to not do something right. See your response to arguments against unsafe, wrong squats. Hell, Ive hit myself in head and face doing regular presses (stopped doing that).

    My original question still stands un- answered about the full range of motion of bicep.
