    I'm a 5'9" male and I measured on my side between the top of my hip bone and the bottom of my rib cage at 2". I ordered a 2" belt with a 10mm thickness from Pioneer. In order to do its job effectively does the belt need to completely fill in that space? It hasn't arrived yet. Being that this is a narrower belt should I limit its use to deadlifts and benching? Should I order a 2.5 " or 3" belt for squatting and pressing? I've never used a belt before and I am just trying to find the best belts that work for me for the 5 lifts I'll be doing - squat, press, deadlift, bench press, and power clean. Any information that you can provide me with is very much appreciated. Thank you!
