I also want to emphasize the SSOC option. I've been doing SSOC since last year April. Of course I'd love to have a real time SSC session, but the online coaching from an SSC is still superior to most, if not all, other coaching. If you're serious about your training, and have a way to come up with the $, I can strongly recommend it.
