    Howdy Coach,
I am a 165 pound 5 foot 10 sixteen year old beginning starting strength. I am asking for your advice on what are reasonable goals for the next six months. my first workout is as follows. 3x5 squat 135, 3x5 bench 135, 1x5 deadlift 135. you can see i benched before but left out the squat and deadlift so i think i will focus on legs for a while. But do you think these goals are too high for my first six months. squat 3x5 275, deadlift 1x5 315, bench 3x5 195, o.press 3x5 135?

Quit worrying about all that shit and worry about how closely you can follow the program. It will take you where you need to be without you setting either unrealistic goals or limits on your progress. Eat, train hard, sleep, and grow.
