Hi Mark,
When benching, if there are no injurys present, should the bar always come down to touch the chest. Or are there different ranges depending on the individuals body size.
Boring question, i know, but I have heard a couple of differnent answers and just want to check.

Full range of motion for the bench press would be lockout to touching the chest and back. What reasoning would there be for a partial based on anthropometry?
