Peaking for CrossFit Total

How would you recommend "peaking" for the Crossfit Total?

Depending on how much time you are allowing for the peak, you should taper your training from higher volume/lower intensity to lower volume/higher intensity WRT the three lifts. If you are doing WOD CF this will not be possible, so you'll have to make your training fit the goal, if you are serious about your total.
