    Hey coach,

I have a nagging shoulder problem (the physio said it's my rotator cuff, but he wasn't able to fix it so I don't know if his diagnosis was right). I've read a lot of good things about programs like this: http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle....le=280rotator2 and variations on this program. If I wanted to add something like this to my SS program, how should it be added? One at a time? On the first day of the two off days, or after my workout (which one)?

    Thanks coach.

I have written on here before about my opinions on shoulder rehab: I think that the press is the best exercise for rehab and that PT-type isolation stuff is less useful. But if you want to do it, put in in right after your general warmup at the front of the workout.
