I've been giving a bit of coaching to a policeman/runner at my Gym. I was watching him deadlift and noticed how easy it was for him. I suggested he needed a bit more more weight on the bar if he wanted to get strong-he looked a bit concerned and then announced that he was worried about putting on too much size ! A policeman for gods sake worried about his aesthetics when dealing with dangerous criminals ? Got his priorities confused.
I wouldn't get all overly happy about this ^.
