-Coaches are secured and planning their moves to the Denver area(will announce names soon)

-The first location will be in the Casa Bonita shopping center, about 7 stores to the east of Casa Bonita

-We are working on an opening date and should know soon

We are currently finishing the construction drawings so we can get them submitted to the city and begin the permitting process. I am hoping to have another update by the end of the week.

We've finally received the HVAC information we need in order to finish the construction drawings. Hopefully, we'll have an opening timeline in the next couple of weeks!

Hello,

I live in Summit County and am looking for a coach to teach me technique for the lifts. I have been lifting in Frisco's Crossfit Low Oxygen for a couple of years and love it. But, I want to tighten up my technique. I probably only have time for one trip to Denver a week to lift.
