Should i drop working weight
Rip I am ready starting the program, just read the first book and got the app. I am a 40 year old active duty army guy. I have been doing the exercises but haven't had much structure. Squat is about 250, bench 245, deadlift 350, and Pressing about 135. When I do my first starting strength workout , should I stick with these numbers or Deload a certain percentage and work back up? I tried to find the answer in the book but I’m a Kentuckian and shit I’m just not that smart.
