Kinda looking forward to this. I don't watch any podcasts, generally. Can hardly stomach em. I check out Barbell Logic every now and then. But I'll definitely check this out when it hits.

The market has been flooded with crappy fitness themed 'podcasts' the past few years, which are usually just rambling conversations on free soundcloud or youtube accounts rather than structured podcasts. I would think Rip's credibility and prowess will have it rise above the primordial audio soup vying for everyone's time and attention today. Once a week episodes sounds a bit hard to maintain though. I'll definitely be there for episode 1.
