    I'm sure you are going to get some internet grief over this video. My condolences.

    Couple of things:

    I see people (females* who lift) refuting your observations on the male**/female* 5RM/1RM load percentages thing.

    Say if one did observe a female* lifter perform a 5RM with say ~85%1RM loads similar to a male**.

    She would/could probably have a higher than average SVJ for a female? yes/no?
    (taking things out of the equation like excessive body fat, etc)

    In your experience, have you ever seen something like this in a female*, or something "closer".

    What the most explosive female you've trained directly?

    *(born female. arrrrrgh, gonna have qualify the word female every time now)

    There are, of course, outliers. There are always outliers. I know a few. But that doesn't refute the general observation. It never does, as we have seen.
