I have them all beat by 40+ lbs (except for press, 505/365/560/225) after 3 years of training (half of that using RPE). But I suppose it's just that I have good genetics and got strong despite my training, right?
You deserve a cookie and a pat on the head.

    You asked and he answered.
Those numbers are impressive to the general population, and most lifters who understand demographics and don't compare everyone to the current world champions will at least respect them.

Great, that's the definitive proof that RPE is the superior method.

FWIW, I think it's good. Those numbers are my medium to long term goals, about 9% (DL) to 28% (press) higher than my current numbers. I'm in the same demographic, 42, married, kids, been exercising forever and training for 3 years. Onwards, my friend.

Just think how much stronger you would have been if you hadn't wasted half that time on RPE.

On the other hand, B Viking is a young troll who has swallowed the RPE/SCIENCE bait. I'm tired of his shit, which amounts to lame-ass attempts to get his head petted by the children on the other boards. He's done here.

Well, crap. I was actually interested in how much he weighs.

I was too, but trolls do not answer questions not in their favor.
