Ideal bodyweight
Hi,
Just wondering what you think an ideal bodyweight for someone my height should be. I'm an intermediate lifter. 6 foot 8 inches tall.
Current lifts
Squat 140kg
Deadlift 180kg
Press 90kg
Bench 135kg
(1 rep max's)
Current weight is 115kg's.
Could I benefit from more bodyweight to drive strength?

If maximal strength is your goal? 325 is a good start, but Bjornsson is your height and clocks in over 400 (416-425 depending on when and who you ask). So: Got aspirations of world-class strength? Add about 4 plates to your bodyweight, if your shoulder and hip width are commensurate with height.
But a giant like you could likely look quite svelte well north of 300 if you've got something more like a combination of aesthetics and strength in mind.
