Power clean
So I had a question about the power clean and power snatch, I recently had power cleans added to my B workout after hitting a body weight deadlift. I did my 5x3 power cleans and the racking position feels cumbersome, I used to do them quite a while ago (actually then I did clean and press an got it around 225lbs @ 220bw) but my question is should I try substituting the power snatch in it's place or keep with the cleans and see what happens? I'm also not sure if there are any SSC's in my area by shoreline, wa I can try consulting with about all my lifts to make sure I'm doing them correctly so I am less likely to hurt myself since my squat and deadlift are getting fairly heavy (225/300)... Well any and all help is welcome.
