Over the past few weeks, we have received several private messages expressing confusion about the relationship between Barbell Logic Online Coaching (BLOC) and Starting Strength Online Coaching (SSOC). To hopefully clear up any confusion going forward, BLOC and SSOC are different services run by different companies. The Aasgaard Company/Starting Strength does not have a relationship with or endorse BLOC, which is run by Reynolds Strong LLC. We terminated our license agreement with Reynolds Strong LLC on June 11, 2019. Starting Strength Online Coaching, which is run by us, is the only online coaching service provider that The Aasgaard Company/Starting Strength endorses and is affiliated with.
