I now know why his very good podcast is called “The Warrior Poet”:

“Rip is a fun collision of eccentricities.”

Super happy to see this. I occassionally watch a WPS video or two, and he used to mention things, occassionally, like getting "bulky" from lifting makes you slow, or that doing all of those heavy weights beats up your joints. It was a pretty common opinion even in the SOF community. He's got a lot of knowledge and has had a lot of success, so it's great to see him Submit to the Rip (trademark that!). Anytime someone from the community gets involved in strength it's a good day... even if he's got a long way to go.

    Yes, a great phrase!

Rip, there were several moments in this video where you made great "duh!" faces. One example is at approx. 4:52, a better one at 10:34. I propose you assemble a small collection of these as images and use them to punctuate replies to stupid or repetitive forum posts. Call them "Rip emojis".
PS, please avoid the temptation to put the first one in reply to my post! This is a fun idea!

"It was at this very moment John lost control of this video."

    The best.

My favorite part was Rip trying to get him to shut up by casually telling him what an obviously funny comedian he is.
