I think a multi-vitamin is a good idea, just in case there are holes in your diet. They don't ever hurt anything, and they might help. Just don't spend a lot of money on them.
Mark I recently purchased a copy of Bill Starr's book " The Strongest Shall Survive." For sure an interesting read with some interesting ideas in it.
My question comes from the large part of the book dedicated to vitamin supplement usage. What do you think or know about vitamin supplements making a difference for lifters? Is there validity to it or mostly placebo effects? Or modern day snake oil?
Bill Starr recommends some rather large daily doses in several vitamins including C, A, D, E and some others. Do you think these are healthy, hurtful or a waste of time?
