I've read this a couple of times now; are you saying I just wasn't eating enough and so LP stopped early the first time round and I went on to intermediate programming too early?

So plan from now is to eat 6000 calories per day, 400 grams of protein per day, and keep with LP and see how far it really takes me?

I will be resetting since I haven't trained as I was disappointed with not being able attend the meet and a little disheartened by your comments. Instead I've been running ready for my fitness test- its not due until Easter, but I want to crack it early in the next couple of weeks because the new rules say that if i get an excellent pass I don't get re-tested for 2 years instead of 1 year.

So that's the aim- to push the annoyance of having to do a fitness test out to two years so I have a longer stretch of time to get this strength training nailed. Want that done this month, then straight back on to LP with much more food.
