What is your opinion on creatine HCL?
I switch from monohydrate to hcl some years back. It seems like tossing about 3gs of hcl under the tongue before a workout is an efficient way of ingesting this stuff.
I feel a noticeable difference in strength towards the end reps without any GI issues or bloating, which was my main issue with monohydrate.
Still, I wonder if I’m not getting the full effect that 5gs of monohydrate a day would accomplish?
