The exact moment I knew Rip and I would work well together is when we were debating in the lobby of WFAC about minimum square footage requirements for the gyms. We both made our case (passionately, as you might imagine) and then settled the discussion by pulling out a measuring tape to discuss actual numbers - not guesses.
