    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Hey Rip, I watched both of your lying triceps extension videos and I had a question. How many times a week should the LTE be performed to be helpful towards pressing exercises? Is once a week suitable or at least twice?
