What's your deadlift?
I'm power rowing after my volume deadlifts at about 70% for 3x8. I feel that the explosive power I'm generating off of the bottom of each rep for sure has crossover to my power clean, which is actually more of a super ugly power curl off of the floor....need to work more on it. But at 250lbs, the power to ugly curl the weight must've come from somewhere....but then again. Maybe it really only came from the heavy deadlifts.
What's your deadlift?
For deadlifts, I did 500 2x2 last week. For squats, I did 415 4x5 this week. It was the first time I made the conscious decision to remove a set from the regular 5x5. More deadlifts today and some DE squats in between bouts of reading Practical Programming.
