Pelvic and lower back position while squatting
Hey Ripp.
Should I start the Squat with my pelvic in an anterior tilt (with the lower back muscles flexed) or in a posterior tilt (with abs and glutes flexed)?
If the answer is neither; and I need to be in a position between, how Ill know if im in a good position or to much anterior or posterior?
I really dont know how to que my lower back while squatting because I dont know what the result should be.
