Mark does not use tractors, but only horses as he runs cattle, unless he grows feed.

    Time will tell I guess.

However have you taken a CV-19 vaccines yet? Gyms over here are considered at least over here as front line establishments for maintaining peoples health and well being so double vaccinated owners and participants will be allowed to open and use the Gym, the Vaccination certificate will be connected to the QR code on your phone to either permit or refuse entry. So my guess is your mate Biden will push this also in the states howbeit probably more difficult in the States to establish than over here.

The answer is completely and accurately bounded in the price of life insurance.

Maybe reread the rest you didn't want to comment on, because it contained your answer.

The mandates are not directed at the states, but rather federal employees, federal contractors and health-care workers at facilities that receive federal funding. This is within the scope of the federal government regarding the vaccination of their employees and who they choose to do business with. States can still do as they please. For example, if you open up or are employed by a starting strength gym, there is no federal mandate requiring vaccination. That is unless this gym is receiving federal dollars. If so, then they would be required to get their employees vaccinated if they want to continue to receive said dollars. There is also no new law that is being created, but rather the enforcement of laws that previously exist. Therefore new legislation does not need to be passed and your point about "duly enacted legislation" is moot. Any private companies can also choose (but are not required) to enforce vaccine mandates for their employees as terms/conditions of employment. Certainly you can refuse the vaccine if your employer (whether that is the federal government or private company) requires it, but they don't have to choose too continue your employment.

No one is stepping on state rights. If your employer wants you be be vaccinated (and in this case the employer would be the federal government) they have every right to do so according to already existing laws which have already gone through repeated challenges at the supreme court. If you are unhappy with your employers requirement you are free to quit and find a new job, but your options for future employment may be limited. Enjoy your freedom, but it does come with consequence.
You're wrong in many ways. The mandate includes all companies with more than 100 employees - it is not just limited to federal employees. Those corporations cannot just choose whether to enforce vaccines or not. If they don't, they face draconian fines.

Also, the federal government cannot put just any condition on employment that it wants. For instance, it can't require you to pledge to vote for a particular party as a condition of being a federal employee. That would wrongfully require you to give up your right to vote. This hypothetical starting strength gym you are talking about that receives federal money - it also cannot be compelled to engage in political speech in support of a preferred candidate as a condition for receiving money. Your belief that anything goes as a string attached to federal money is wrong.

Finally, Joe Biden does not have the power to enact federal law. Congress does. His responsibility is to enforce the laws passed by congress, not to make up new laws, like he did with the vaccine mandate. He is trying to do this under OSHA, which is a specific law passed by congress that doesn't include the ability to impose vaccine mandates.

And there are significant federalism issues about police power being reserved to the states but I don't need to beat these points to death, I just wanted to point out the myriad ways in which you are obviously wrong.

He’s the same kind of dipshit that thinks the CDC should be allowed to determine housing policy.

What about Presidential executive orders? Article 2 clauses such as “the executive power shall be vested in a President” and “he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed” So does not an executive order by pass congress unless it conflicts with the Constitution?

I am sure under your FEMA laws in case of an emergency this would override congress and state law and CV-19 is considered a national emergency like a terrorist attack or environmental catastrophe.

In Europe private companies are introducing their own policies regarding mandatory vaccinations way ahead of government and that will happen in the US also, it matters not whether Biden forces fed employees to get vaccinated as large stores will apply that policy to both employees and customers.

When governments get desperate that can mandate anything.
