Properly understood, there are no implied powers in the Constitution; it either says so, explicitly, that you can do something, or you can’t do it. There is no language about “executive orders;” traditionally, they are instruments of instruction and clarification on otherwise constitutional acts by the Executive. There is no language in the document that allows for unilateral pronouncements by any one branch, least of all the Executive.
But, the weasels that wrote the damned thing knew what they were doing, all being lawyers. They added slime language like “necessary and proper” which has been lawyered into justification for all manner of evil, contrary behavior on behalf of all three branches. And thus, here we are.
You are right about private companies, which is what the WEF demons want: a global government of private corporations, detached from nationalism, beholden to no one. “It’s a private company” is the cry of the atomist with no culture, no traditions, no God but himself, no family, who can’t say, “you can try to do what you want, but we won’t let you.”
