A point of interest one should be aware of when discussing Islam and the Quran, there is no central authority like the Pope in Catholicism, nor is the belief that what was decided upon in the past has great weight then opinions formed today, as in Judaism. In Islam, each is free to decide what is meant and if he can gather enough followers, he becomes a leader and authority. Which is why we have on one hand, Muslims that say Islam is a religion of peace and has no desire to force Islam and Sharia law upon the lands of the non-believer, and on the other hand, we have Muslims that claim Islam says it’s God's will that women are raped and made slaves because they are infidels.
I'll just leave this here: 2020 Vote Switches Broadcasted on ELECTION NIGHT-
Do you all think US military intervention would be needed for Trump to achieve these goals in Gaza, and would you be for it?
I'm reading Jack Carr's Targeted: Beirut right now and I'm pretty mad at the Israelis and the Arabs. No, I'm not for it. There's some stuff we need to do for the military and there's some stuff we need them to do for us. Intervention in Gaza is on neither of those lists.
You know, right, the one person who died was shot by a cop in the neck from literal point blank range, who failed to give the required warning and was in no way defending himself or others from imminent great bodily harm or death? There’s a word for that but we’re in polite company here so I won’t use it.
And you read 257 federal criminal judgements? 257???!!! My anarchic Scotch-Irish blood reels in admiration at this example of Germanic diligence and thoroughness! Especially since they typically contain nothing but the barebones jury verdict and the sentence - not much to be gleaned there about the actual facts of any particular case.
And would it be racist of me to say (tho the rest of me is stolid Dutch) that only a German would rely on a judge to learn about a historical event - the ol’ Denker-Dichter/Henker-Richter dialectic innit?
As for “no evidence” - we all saw them in real time expel the election observers and board up the windows - as we say out here, I’m from Missouri, show me. This and other documented instances are what our own State Department, when it wishes to meddle in some disfavored country’s election, would cite as evidence of fraud. As the kids would say, read a book - maybe start with Molly Hemingway’s but lots to choose from out there.

March the streets waving the flags and photos of savages who genuinely want a second holocaust? Nothing anti-sematic about that! From the river to the sea baby!
While there are certainly historical examples of claimants of both that have committed countless atrocities, there is one salient difference between Islam and Christianity: When Christians have advanced their religion through force, they have done so contrary to the example and explicit teachings of the founder. Islam, however teaches in its foundational documents to emulate the founder while recording said founder as advancing the religion by force, including means we acknowledge as atrocities.
